Peanut Brittle

In Honor of
my Aunt Lola

Our homemade Peanut Brittle combines farm fresh peanuts with a sweet crunchy brittle.  Sweet, but not sticky, buttery, never greasy, hard, but not tough, then and translucent, aromatic, incused with the flavor of roasted peanuts.  These are the qualities of unforgettable peanut brittle.  Thanks to my Aunt Lola, who pass many away many years ago, gave me her recipe and also taught me the way to make wonderful homemade peanut brittle.  She may not be with us, but her peanut brittle lives on.
